Description: Provides coordinated services for children who would otherwise be placed in group homes. Focusing on keeping children at home and in their own communities.

Children/youth usually remain in the program for a year or more.

Eligibility: Must be youth from 0 to 21 years of age Must be referred by Santa Barbara County Social Services Agency, Probation, and Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Services.
