  • Description: Provides substance abuse services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Services include case management and chemical dependency counseling. Linkages to public health, detox, mental health and social services. Provides long-term case management with sober lifestyle alternatives throughout the recovery process. Protective payee services also are available for clients in the program.
