Eligibility: Must have a disability associated with brain injury, developmental disability or similar neurological impairment.
Must have a desire to eventually live and work independently in the community.
Eligible individuals must be able to benefit from services designed to increase appropriate social behaviors and adaptive living skills
Preference will be given to individuals with acute need.
Requirements: Dependent on case-by-case basis.
