ADULT DAY PROGRAM, VALLEY HAVEN ADULT DAY SERVICES

Description: Provides respite for caregivers and daycare for dependent seniors who cannot stay at home safely by themselves. Offers a structured program that engages the participant socially, physically, and cognitively. Round-trip transportation is also available upon request.

Eligibility: Must be a senior 55 years of age or older.
Must be non-combative, non-exiting seeking
Must be able to feed self, with some assistance with bathrooming.
Requirements: -Current physical and TB test -Application and admission agreement
