RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM, SANCTUARY CENTERS

Description: Provides a clinical residential program designed to help clients cope with intra-psychic issues. Focuses on teaching clients independent living skills and socialization skills. Serves a maximum of twelve adults.

Eligibility: Must be an individual 18 years of age or older with a diagnosis of a mental illness
Requirements: Completed referral from a physician, doctor, or licensed therapist who is familiar with the individual.
