Description: Provides free nutrituous hot meals for seniors age 60 and older in Plumas County, Seniors are encouraged to visit their local nutrition site. Hot meals are available from 8am to 1pm, Monday through Friday.
Home delivered meals - delivers a nutritious hot meal to home-bound seniors who are unable to visit their local nutrition site.
Senior transportation - provide door-to-door transportation in and out of county for shopping, medical appointments, social services, and to nutrition sites. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Seniors must call local nutrition site to make reservation.

Eligibility: Congregate meals: open to al seniors (age 60 and older)
Home-delivered meals: frail or homebound seniors (age 60 and older)
