• Description: Covid-19 update (10/22/20): offices are closed to the general public. Most services available by phone or online. In-person services are for persons experiencing homelessness only (Mon-Fri: 7:30am-1pm).
  
  Provides temporary cash assistance for low-income families with children. Cash assistance is available on a monthly basis. Helps pay for housing, food, utilities, and other necessary expenses. Cash amount is determined on family size and income. Participants take part in employment and training services. Recipients may be eligible for Medi-Cal and CalFresh (SNAP/Food Stamps) benefits.
