    Operates two hotlines providing crisis counseling and referrals to Japanse American community. Residents may also drop-in to service centers for assistance.

    Hotline services include:

    Nikkei Helpline (24/7): helps with wide-range of issues including, but not limited to:
    - Substance use
    - Domestic violence
    - Traffic accident issues
    - Immigration and education


    Ryugakusei Hotline: information and referral services to Japanese students living in the U.S. Helps students experiencing isolation with an array of issues including:
    - Immigration
    - Mental health
    - Relationships
    - Substance use
    - Auto accident issues
    - landlord-tenant matters
