  • Description: COVID-19 update (9/18/20): still ofering CES intake for persons experiencing homelessness. No change in rapid re-housing assistance. Call for assistance.

    Serves as an entry point for the Coordinated Entry System (CES) for youth experiencing homelessness on the Westside. Offers linkage to short-term emergency housing, rapid re-housing, and premanent housing. Goal is to help youth move into permanent housing as fast as possible. In-house housing program serves youth ages 18 to 24. Rapid re-housing helps youth with move-in costs.

    Services include:

    - Case management
    - Individualized care plan
    - Employment assistance
    - Food, clothing, essentials
    - Individual & group counseling
