Description: Provides curb-to-curb transportation to Covina seniors (60 years of age or older). And residents who are Access Service members or with approved ADA application. Reservations can be made one day and up to one week in advance. Services are provided within city limits and 3 miles outside city limits for medical and government offices. Riders are allowed a caregiver and/or service animal to accompany them.
The Americans with Disabilities Act is a Federal Law that prohibits discrimination based on one's disability in regard to employment, public services, and transportation. The ADA guarantees people with disabilities equal access to public transportation. Public transportation providers cannot refuse service to those with disabilities.
Hours: Reservations:
Mon-Fri: 7am to 6pm
Ride Service Hours:
Mon-Fri: 7am to 5:30pm
Sat-Sun: 7am to 3pm
Eligibility: Must be a resident and meet one of the following requirements:
- Senior (ages 60 and older)
- Have an Access Services Membership
- Have an approved ADA application
Requirements: -Photo ID
-Proof of residency
-Proof of disability (if applicable)
-Caregiver information (if applicable)
