YOUTHRIVE, SIDE BY SIDE

Description: Provides a 10-week session program for youth to reduce gang involvement and violence.
Services include:
- Individual counseling and mentoring
- Weekly group meetings in the school setting
- Regular monitoring of grades, school attendance, and disciplinary actions
- Workshops addressing anger management, life skills, gang prevention, restorative justice, and higher education

Eligibility: Youth between 11-18 years of age referred by school administration, law enforcement or parents because of truancy, failing grades, seriously challenging behavior, gang activity, or drug and alcohol use.
Requirements: Program Parental Consent, survey, travel and emergency contact forms
