• Description: Allows eligible CalFresh recipients to use their electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card to buy prepared meals at participating restaurants. Clients will continue to receive monthly benefits as they do now. Program does not affect CalFresh benefits in any way.

  -with disabilities and his/her spouse (Must be receiving Social Security Disability Benefits, Railroad Retirement Benefit Annuities, or Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants)
