  • Description: To ensure that victims of assault (not necessarily sexual) receive compassionate care and professional treatment that will support their emotional, mental and physical health to the fullest extent possible. Brings together specifically trained forensic doctors, nurses with Law Enforcement agencies, Child Welfare Services and advocates in a multidisciplinary team approach to provide treatment for sexual assault survivors.
