  • Eligibility: Youth between the ages of 16 and 18 who have dropped out of high school, or are at-risk of dropping out (behind in credits, truant, expelled, etc.). Cannot be convicted of a felony. The program is voluntary, and a student cannot be court-ordered to attend or placed here. It is strictly voluntary.
